Do you only create WordPress websites?
Yes. WordPress is a flexible, easy-to-use content management system that powers a large share of the web. Don’t worry. We’ll teach you how to manage it and help you along the way.
How long will it take to get a new website?
On average we aim for a 2 to 4-week turnaround, but each client sets the pace. Your input in the early stages, your availability for feedback and how soon content is ready all affect the timeline. More complex functionality can also take longer.
How much does a new website cost?
There is no single answer. Every website is quoted on the needs of the project. Our packages start at $999 (Starter), $1,499 (Professional) and $1,999 (Advanced Custom). We’ll ask questions, assess your needs and give you a quote, see pricing.
I’m on a strict budget. Do you have any low-cost options?
Yes. A custom website can be a big investment, so we offer a budget package that gets you online fast with a great-looking website.
How much input do I have in the process?
A lot! Your input and feedback are crucial. We start with plenty of questions about your needs, likes and goals and work with you to develop the right look and functionality.
Who writes the content for the site?
Usually you do. You are the expert on your business. If you need help, our copywriter can clean up or write original content for an additional cost.
When do I pay?
We require a 50% deposit to get started and the final 50% after you approve the completed website and are fully satisfied.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our online processing system, wire transfers and PayPal.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. We work with clients all over the world. Our whole team works remotely, which lets us bring together the best people for every project.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. A mobile-friendly website is more important than ever, and we make sure your site looks great on phones, tablets and desktops.
Where should my website be hosted?

Will you maintain my site for me?
We can! We provide ongoing support and maintenance for many of our clients.
Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
Yes. We love it when clients take control of their website. You’ll get comprehensive video tutorials and a training session to help you manage it on your own.
